Below are some tips on how to clean sterling silver or gold filled if tarnishing occurs or you simply want to bring back it’s luster. It is normal for sterling silver jewelry to become dull, but the little polishing cloth I provide will help you with that quickly!

If an item does begin to tarnish, cleaning it right away will make it easier to restore the shine than if you let it sit longer.
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxidation.
If the polishing cloth doesn’t remove all the tarnish, wash jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish washing liquid. Immerse the sterling silver in the water and gently use a toothbrush to wash. Use a cotton swab for tight corners.

Yes, I accept exchanges of my handmade jewelry. Just contact me with your inquiry, so that I know you are sending the ring back. Unfortunately, I cannot pay for the shipping fee, if you need an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. That is when the ring is sent by you and before I send the new one. Usually, USPS shipping fee for a First Class service is around $5.00. You will be paying around $10.00 for the exchange, but I don't charge anything for making a new ring with new material.
